The investigation centers on allegations that Foucher hosted dozens of young women at his official residence in Bangui between 2024 and 2026.
According to Le Canard enchaîné, a French weekly newspaper, Foucher received about 15 visits a month from these women, with some staying overnight. He has acknowledged having sexual relations with two of them.
